Products and pricing

The Classic Collection costs £14.95 and includes the Gift of Time cheque, covering letter and envelope. The Signature Collection costs £19.95 and includes these items plus a metal credit-card-sized keepsake. All prices shown are in GBP and are the product prices inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery costs, if any, appear at checkout before payment.

Placing an order

Review the contents and quantities in your basket and enter your UK delivery details. When you proceed to PayPal and confirm payment, you place an order for the items shown at the total price displayed. We will issue a confirmation once payment has been verified. We reserve the right to contact you if an obvious pricing error or fulfilment issue arises.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery times will be confirmed before checkout is activated. See our delivery & returns policy for more information.

Right to cancel and statutory rights

For most online purchases of physical goods, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Details and the cancellation process are in our delivery & returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

The promise itself

The Gift of Time cheque is a keepsake on which the giver makes a personal promise. It is not a prepaid financial instrument, cash voucher, monetary credit or a promise by The Bank of Time to supply the named experience. The experience is arranged between the giver and the recipient.
